DHT Elite MVP Club
So what is this DHT Elite MVP Club? It’s a way for us to shower you all with monthly gift offerings and exclusive offers, invite you to fun, private events and really show my appreciation for your referrals! There are 3 levels to our Elite MVP Program. Our first level is the Gold level, everyone will receive a monthly email with the “Offer of the Month” and it will be posted to our DHT Denver Facebook page, like us on Facebook if you have not done so already! If it’s something you are interested in receiving, you simply fill out our Google Form to reserve your gift as soon as you can since most often there will be a limit on how many are available. This is NOT a drawing, and NO you don’t need to get me a referral to claim a gift! In addition, these gifts are ALWAYS FREE to you!
What if you do get us a referral or decide to do business with us as a MVP? Then you shoot up to the Platinum Level! At the Platinum Level you’ll get your own MVP Amazon card with twenty dollars automatically loaded on your card and ten dollars on the first of every month for six months. The perks keep coming. If we receive another referral during that six months, you will continue to get the ten dollars a month for an additional 6 months, making it a total of 12 months. Your free Amazon gift card can be extended for years, so long as you send us at least one referral every six months. And what if you don’t get us another referral in six months? Not to worry; you’ll still be an MVP and have access to all of the first-level fun! You can always move back up to Platinum Level again at any time with a new referral.
If we receive three or more referrals and/or business transactions in a year. You will be entered into our Diamond Level. This level will get you additional perks such as private dinner events, professional sports games and other perks.
What is a referral? You ask. It is NOT us selling anyone a home. It’s simply you getting permission from anyone you know who is thinking of buying or selling a home to give us his or her name and number so that we can call that person and set an appointment to meet. It doesn’t matter if we get that person under contract, and it doesn’t matter if we close the transaction. How easy is that?
